Your drawing shall combine several sources of inspiration:
Live models or props Original photos or video Found photos or video Original stories Existing stories

Requirements:
10+ Preparatory Drawings
These are sketchbook assignments which lead to your final drawing--the majority of these are completed outside of class
Combinations of the following:
Point of view: Establishing Shot, Medium, Closeup, Extreme Closeup, Worm’s Eye, Bird’s Eye
Perspective: Atmospheric and/or linear---1pt 2pt
Realism: Accuracy in proportion and detail observed from life or your own photos
Creativity: Elements of fantasy, abstract patterns/designs, expressionistic color, exaggerated or expressive lines and shapes
Style: Anything from hyper-realism to gestural lines over solid forms You may copy a style from a drawing on your inspiration page.
Technology: XEROX, PHOTOSHOP, ILLUSTRATOR
We will utilize modern methods of creating various arrangements to arrive at the most successful composition

If you are choosing a commission, you must find a client who may be willing to pay for the drawing you complete for them. Teachers are a great place to start, especially those who have pets or appreciate art. I can help with connecting you to them.
